It is up and down thing with weight loss-- I have my good weeks and bad weeks over the last decade I have been serious about this. I like to work out in the evening during the week and the morning on the weekends. Can't do middle of the day. My diet has gotten a little better- no more fast food. ALthough I do have some wine now and then. I cut out beer completely about five years ago and that made a world of difference. Food is a big vice for me too. You will do great!!
